Floral Pull-Through Braid Tutorial

I am so excited to introduce my second-ever hair tutorial in collaboration with Pantene. I've been using their in-shower foam conditioner and air-spray for over 6 months now and am obsessed! Today I present a way to have a big, thick braid even if you don't know how. Grab some clear hair ties, a brush, your favorite Pantene products and let's get started!

Step 01: Wash your hair and use Pantene's In-Shower Foam Conditioner and then dry!

Step 02: Curl your hair (however you choose!)

Step 03: Brush through your curls!

Step 04: Grab some clear hair-ties, I prefer these!

Step 05: Pull a small section of hair from both sides of your part + bring it to the top of your head.

Step 06: Secure this section with a clear hair tie.

Step 07: Grab a section of the same thickness directly underneath the last

Step 08: Secure this section as well, directly underneath the last clear hair tie.

Step 09: Split the top pony in half and hold it out to either side of your head

Step 10: Bring either section around the bottom pony and secure it

Step 11: Tighten your pony to ensure it stays in place!

Step 12: Similarly to Step 07, pull your hair and create a second pony that will now act as the 2nd pony underneath the top around your last elastic! 

Step 13: Take the top pony, separate it, and bring it down and around the pony you just made, securing it underneath similar to Step 10!

Step 14: Repeat steps 7-11 and do one more loop!

Step 15: continue repeating the last few steps until you reach the end of your hair and create one last pony bringing the top pony around it and securing it!

Step 16: You have now finished the pull-through braid. Either leave as-is or finish it off with one more tie!

Step 17: Go through your loops and pancake them, slowly pulling making them larger, thus making the illusion of thicker hair!

Step 18: Secure and hold your hair all day with Pantene's Air-spray. This one is my favorite because it holds my hair without weighing it down or giving it that gross hairspray ~crunch~
